Usage

For optimal results, aim for 2-4 sessions per week.
Use your Sauna Blanket for up to 60 minutes at a time.
Lay your Infrared Sauna Blanket on a flat surface (a bed or on top of a rug works perfectly).
Zip it up entirely and turn it on to preheat (This takes about 20 minutes).
Wear loose-fitting cotton clothes (or use the cotton insert sold separately), to keep your skin comfortable and absorb any sweat.
Enter the sauna blanket and keep a large towel draped over the opening where your shoulders are to trap in heat.

EMFs & Electric Fields

EMFs: The Heat Healer uses a layer of grounded copper shielding (Faraday shielding) to reduce EMFs across the blanket to zero.
Electric Fields: All appliances that run on electricity will produce an electric field (this is how electricity moves). The Heat Healer produces an ultra low electric field that is about the equivalent of a bedside lamp at 100-300V/m. This is roughly 20 times lower than the recommended limit for household appliances.

Lifetime Trade-In Policy

If there is a fault with your Heat Healer after the 3-year warranty period, you may trade it in for a 50% discount on a new Heat Healer.

If at any stage you would like a new Heat Healer, you may trade in your existing Heat Healer for a 50% discount on a new purchase.

This includes any new model Heat Healers that are released.

Q: How do I keep the sauna blanket clean?

A: Keeping the Heat Healer clean is easy. First, you always place a towel over the jade & tourmaline which will absorb any sweat.

When you are finished your session, you can just wipe the waterproof material down with any anti-bacterial wipe or surface spray.

Q: How hot will the sauna blanket get?

A: The internal heating element can be set to 176f (80c) which translates to a surface temperature of 140f (60c).

The principle behind infrared is to warm your body directly with far infrared rays, rather than heat the air around your body or the materials.

Q: How much will I sweat?

A: Most people will tend to get a good sweat going after 30-minutes inside the sauna blanket, with things escalating from there.

Will I sweat during my sauna session? How long does it take?

Everyone sweats differently, but the odds are that, yes, you will. If you’re not sweating as much as you’d like, try increasing the time you spend pre-heating (20-minutes is the minimum) the blanket before you get in or have a warm shower before your sauna session (or both).

Even if you’re not sweating, infrared heat can still do you wonders – it’s been shown to relax muscles, ease tension, improve blood flow and encourage the release of heat shock proteins (which help to support cell survival and recovery during challenging conditions). Plus, it’s good for your skin. After regular sessions in your blanket, you can get “sauna fit” - which means your body is accustomed to the cues around inducing sweating and you will do it more easily.

What should I expect during my sauna session?

Infrared sauna is a distinctly different experience than a traditional dry Finnish sauna. A dry sauna heats the air around you, so you immediately feel warm as you enter. With infrared sauna tech (like ours), your body is warmed directly in a more gradual process. For most people, the first 30 minutes are cozy, while the second 30 minutes can feel more intense.

Does my Infrared Sauna Blanket emit EMF?
