Welcome To Your Energy Mat

Please read these instructions carefully to ensure you have the best possible experience with your Heat Healer Energy Mat and understand how to use its different settings effectively.

IMPORTANT: Make sure to also thoroughly read our full user manual, which contains important disclosures and health/safety information. The full user manual can be accessed here: Full User Manual.

What to Expect from Your Energy Mat

The Heat Healer Energy Mat is designed to help you relax, unwind, and rejuvenate your body and mind. It achieves this through Triple Threat Technology, combining Far Infrared Heat, PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Fields), and Red LED Light therapy.

For optimal results, use the Energy Mat in a quiet and comfortable setting. The full-size mat can be placed on a bed or the floor, while the compact-size mat can also be folded for use on a chair or lounge.

Important: The Energy Mat will not feel warm or hot until you are actually lying or sitting on it. It uses Far Infrared heating elements intended to heat your body directly with infrared waves, rather than heating the mat's materials or the surrounding air. If your body is not in contact with the mat, the infrared waves will dissipate into the air, and the mat will feel cool.

When you lie or sit on the mat, the infrared waves gradually warm and soothe your body, building up over a 60-minute session. If you prefer to increase the heat experience, consider draping a blanket or quilt over your body to prevent heat from escaping into the air. Adjust according to your personal comfort preferences.

Important: The PEMF function operates for a maximum of 20 minutes per one-hour session, which is the recommended limit for using pulsed magnetic energy. You may not feel any physical sensation from the PEMF (similar to how you cannot feel a magnet), but if the PEMF is not functioning correctly, the controller will display an "EE" error.

Quick Start Guide

  1. Find a Comfortable Space: Choose a quiet and comfortable area for your session. For the full-size mat, a bed or floor works well. The compact-size mat can also be used on a chair or lounge.

  2. Connect the Controller: Before plugging the power cable into the wall outlet, ensure the controller is securely connected to the mat.

  3. Power On and Set Timer: Plug in the power cable and turn on the controller. Set your desired session time (e.g., 60 minutes).

  4. Select Heat Level: Choose your preferred heat setting from levels 1 to 9. Many users prefer Level 9, but you should select the level that feels most comfortable for you.

  5. Preheat the Mat: Allow the mat to preheat for approximately 20 minutes. This time allows the internal infrared heating elements to warm up. Note that the mat itself may not feel warm until you are lying or sitting on it.

  6. Activate PEMF (Optional): When you're ready to use the mat, you can turn on the PEMF function by pressing the "PEMF" button. Refer to the "PEMF Settings" section below for more details.

  7. Turn on Red LED Lights (Optional): Activate the Red LED Light therapy by pressing the "Red Light" button.

  8. Begin Your Session: Lie or sit on the mat and enjoy your Energy Mat session. Use this time to relax as the Triple Threat Technology works to soothe your body and mind.

  9. PEMF Cycle Completion: After the PEMF has completed its 20-minute cycle, you will hear a small beep indicating that the PEMF function has finished.

  10. Session Completion: When your full Energy Mat session has ended (e.g., after 60 minutes), the controller will beep, and the mat will automatically turn off.

  11. After Your Session: Turn off the Energy Mat and unplug the power cable from the wall outlet. This resets all functions, including the PEMF, preparing the mat for your next session.

PEMF Settings

PEMF stands for Pulsed Electromagnetic Field therapy. The Energy Mat produces PEMF at an intensity of 1–1.5 gauss and offers a frequency range between 1–30 Hz. Different frequency settings can support various wellness objectives:

  • 1–10 Hz: Ideal for relaxation and stress relief.
  • 11–20 Hz: Best for muscle and body recovery.
  • 21–30 Hz: Helps boost energy and enhance mental clarity.

While clinical studies on PEMF therapy do not specify exact frequencies for specific benefits, they generally associate the ranges above with the corresponding wellness goals. For example, there is no specific evidence that 7 Hz is better for relaxation than 9 Hz; rather, the entire 1–10 Hz range is considered beneficial for relaxation and stress relief.

Note: The PEMF function operates for a maximum of 20 minutes per one-hour session, as recommended.

Safety and Maintenance

  • After Each Use: Always turn off the Energy Mat and unplug it from the wall outlet after each session.
  • Reset Functionality: Unplugging the mat resets all functions, including the PEMF, ensuring it is ready for your next use.
  • Care Instructions: Follow any additional care and maintenance instructions provided to prolong the life of your Energy Mat.

Make sure to thoroughly read the full user manual and do not use the Energy Mat if any of the health contraindications apply to you.
