Free Shipping

  • Eligibility: All orders over $125 USD qualify for free shipping.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Carriers: We use UPS Ground for all domestic shipments, except for the Energy Sauna. For the Energy Sauna we use SEKO White-Glove Service.
  • Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched on the next business day after purchase.
  • Transit Time: Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days with UPS and 8-10 days with SEKO (for the Energy Sauna)

International Shipping

  • Carrier: All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.
  • Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched on the next business day after purchase.
  • Transit Time: Estimated delivery time is 3-6 business days to most countries.

Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)

  • Hassle-Free International Shipping: We ship all international orders as Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). This means:
    • No Additional Fees: All taxes and duties are included in the purchase price.
    • Smooth Delivery: You won't have to pay any extra charges upon import.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Number: Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
  • Email Notifications: If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
