Orders, Shipping & Returns
Can I cancel an order after it is placed?
If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, please notify us via the Contact Us page. We will do our best to cancel the order, however if the warehouse has already handed the order over to the delivery company, then this may not be possible.
Once an order has shipped, we can only process a return/refund.
Can I do split payments for my purchase?
No. Unfortunately our payment processing system does not allow for split payments due to credit card compliance requirments.
How fast is shipping?
On average, shipping transit times are 2-6 days.
How do I initiate a return?
To request a return/refund, please reach out to us via the Contact Us page on this website.
We operate a 30 day returns policy, starting from the date that your order arrives to you.
After we recieve your request, we will email you a return shipping label with further instructions on how to proceed with your return.
A small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount (typically between $19-$39).
How long will it take to be refunded after making a return?
Once we have received the item back in our warehouse, we will apply your refund and you should see it in your account in 1-5 business days.
Warranty & Lifetime Trade-In Policy
Do I need to register the warranty for my purchase?
No. Your warranty is automatically recorded at the point of purchase.
How long is the warranty?
Compact electrical products such as the Body Belt and Sauna Blanket have a 3-year warranty.
Large electrical products such as the Energy Sauna have a 3-year warranty.
Towels, bags, and mat covers are not covered by warranty, however we will replace any of these items that is delivered to you with a fault.

How do I initiate a warranty request?
If you have a warranty issue within the warranty period, please reach out to us via the Contact Us page on this website.
What is your Lifetime Trade-In Policy?
Our Lifetime Trade-In Policy applies to all electrical items.
If there is a fault with your product that occurs outside of the warranty period (that is, outside of either 3-years or 5-years), then you may recieve a new replacement product for a 50% discount off the retail price.
If at any stage you would like a newly released model of the same product that you purchased, then you may trade-in your existing purchase to recieve the new product for a 50% discount off the purchase price.
