Q) Do I need to register my product for warranty?

A) No. Your warranty is automatically recorded at the point of purchase.

Q) How long is the warranty period?

A) Electrical products have a warranty period ranging from 2 years (Body Belt and PEMF Mats) and up to 3 years (Sauna Blanket and Energy Sauna). Towels, bags, and mat covers are not covered by warranty.

Q) How do I initiate a warranty request?

A) If you have a warranty issue within the warranty period, please reach out to us via the Contact Us page on this website. All warranty claims require proof of purchase and a valid order number. Please include this information, along with a description of the issue, when contacting our team so we can assist you.

Heat Healer warranties cover manufacturing defects only for the warranty periods listed below. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, improper care, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or use contrary to product instructions is not covered.

Body Belts and PEMF Mats: 2-year warranty

Sauna Blankets and Energy Saunas: 3-year warranty

Towels, bags, mat covers, and other fabric accessories: Not covered under warranty

For approved warranty claims made within the first year of ownership, Heat Healer will cover the cost of eligible replacement parts and standard shipping.

For approved warranty claims made after the first year, eligible replacement parts will be provided under the applicable warranty, but the customer is responsible for the associated shipping costs.

Warranty shipping charges are subject to change based on shipping costs and destination.

Damage to the Body Belt caused by misuse, excessive bending, or strain on the cable or its attachment point is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under warranty. This includes fraying or separation caused by repeated stress at the cable connection.

Cosmetic damage that does not affect the function of the product is not covered under warranty. This includes scratches, discoloration, fading, staining, minor surface imperfections, and other changes resulting from normal use.

For all warranty claims, you will need proof of purchase and an order number.

Heat Healer reserves the right to determine whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect and whether the appropriate warranty remedy is repair, replacement parts, or product replacement.
