Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
This policy applies to all products purchased directly from the Heat Healer website.
Exchanges
- Apparel items may be exchanged for a different size or color within 30 days of the delivery date.
- There are no return shipping fees for exchanges.
Returns
- To initiate a return, please contact us using the “Contact Us” page on our website.
- Items may be returned within 30 days of their delivery date.
- All returns are free of charge.
- Once your returned item is received at our warehouse, we will process your refund, deducting the return shipping cost from the total amount.
- Whenever possible, we donate returned items rather than restocking them. Please ensure the returned item is clean, in its original packaging, and ready to be donated.
Refunds
- Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they have shipped. Please note that due to varying time zones, we cannot guarantee that your cancellation request will be processed before the order ships. If you wish to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible.
- Once an order has shipped, only items returned to us within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a refund.
- Refunds cannot be processed after the 30-day return window has expired.
