RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns

To request a return, please use the contact us form and submit your request. You will then be provided with instructions on how to return your purchase.

A return can be made at any time within 30 days of the date your order is delivered to you.

A re-stocking fee of $39 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note that used Heat Healers are never resold. Instead, they are gifted/donated away. So please make sure your return is clean and well-packaged, so we can gift/donate it to someone in need.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, minus the $39 restocking fee.
