Where are Heat Healer products manufactured?
We source our materials from Germany, Australia, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan and China.
Final assembly of products occurs in China.
How many years have you been in business?
Heat Healer was founded in 2019.
Orders, Shipping & Returns
Can I cancel an order after it is placed?
If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, please notify us via the Contact Us page. We will do our best to cancel the order, however if the warehouse has already handed the order over to the delivery company, then this may not be possible.
Once an order has shipped, we can only process a return/refund.
Can I do split payments for my purchase?
No. Unfortunately our payment processing system does not allow for split payments due to credit card compliance requirments.
Where do you ship from?
We currently operate from four global warehouses.
As we ship locally from each region we operate in, there are not additional duties or charges.

How fast is shipping?
On average, shipping transit times are 2-4 days.
How do I initiate a return?
To request a return/refund, please reach out to us via the Contact Us page on this website.
We operate a 30 day returns policy, starting from the date that your order arrives to you.
After we receive your request, we will email you a return shipping label with further instructions on how to proceed with your return.
A small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount (typically between $9-$39 for standard items or up to 399 for the Energy Sauna).
How long will it take to be refunded after making a return?
Once you have dropped your return order to the postal office, we ask that you email us to let us know so we can check the tracking.
Your refund will then be issued at that point and will typically be back in your account within one business day.
Warranty & Lifetime Trade-In Policy
Do I need to register the warranty for my purchase?
No. Your warranty is automatically recorded at the point of purchase.
How long is the warranty?
Compact electrical products such as the Body Belt and Sauna Blanket have a 3-year warranty.
Large electrical products such as the Energy Sauna have a 5-year warranty.
Apparel items, such as towels, bag, mat covers and clothing are not covered by warranty, however we will replace any apparel item that is delivered to you with a fault.

How do I initiate a warranty request?
If you have a warranty issue within the warranty period, please reach out to us via the Contact Us page on this website.
What is your Lifetime Trade-In Policy?
Our Lifetime Trade-In Policy applies to all electrical items.
If there is a fault with your product that occurs outside of the warranty period (that is, outside of either 3-years or 5-years), then you may recieve a new replacement product for a 50% discount off the retail price.
If at any stage you would like a newly released model of the same product that you purchased, then you may trade-in your existing purchase to recieve the new product for a 50% discount off the purchase price.
