Set-Up Your Environment
Use the Body Belt somewhere quiet and comfortable. On a chair, lounge or bed is perfect. Have music, a book, meditation or Netflix ready to relax. You can also use the belt while working if you like!
Strap It On
Wrap the belt around the area of your body you would like to target. If using across a larger body part you can use the extension strap to fit best to your body.
Start Your Session
For your first session, heat setting 7 is a good temperature to start with to gauge how warm you like it. The belt will take a few minutes to reach its full heat as it is dispersed through the beads and stones.
You should start to feel the warmth coming through the belt after just a few minutes of being on.
Power Down & Pack Away
Once finished, switch the power off and fully disconnect the unit from the power supply.
Allow the Body Belt to cool down fully before packing away.
