Lifetime Trade-In Policy

Our Lifetime Trade-In Policy applies to all electrical items.

If there is a fault with your product that occurs outside of the warranty period (that is, outside of either 2-years or 3-years depending on the product), then you may receive a new replacement product for a 50% discount off the full retail price.

If at any stage you would like a newly released model of the same product that you purchased, then you may trade-in your existing purchase to receive the new product for a 50% discount off the purchase price. Please note, you are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product to us.
