Warranty Policy

Q) Do I need to register my product for warranty?

A) No. Your warranty is automatically recorded at the point of purchase.

 

Q) How long is the warranty period?

A) Electrical products have a warranty period ranging from 2 years (for the Body Belt and PEMF Mats) and up to 3 years (for the Sauna Blanket and Energy Sauna).

Apparel items, such as towels, bags, mat covers and clothing are not covered by warranty, however we will replace any apparel item that is delivered to you with a fault.


Q) What is covered under warranty?

A) The warranty will cover any faults of the product during this warranty period, however it will not cover the following:

  • Wilful neglect or intentional damage.
  • Commercial use of the product.
  • Regular wear and tear (including to materials, zippers, fabrics, etc).
  • Fraying cables or bent/twisted cables.
  • Accidental damage.
  • Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions.
  • Power surges or incorrect electrical supply.
  • Water or liquid damage.
  • Improper storage.
  • Use with non-approved or incompatible power adapters/accessories.

The warranty period should be regarded as the product's useful life.

 

Q) How do I initiate a warranty request?

Q) What will happen when I submit my warranty request?

A) If your warranty request is deemed valid, Heat Healer will either replace, repair or refund the item at our discretion. Please note that you may be asked to provide evidence (photos and video) to demonstrate the fault.
